The testing and test data acquisition of modern components and parts is becoming more and more important. For this purpose, we manufacture a large number of test benches both for laboratory applications (research & development) and for series testing. It is also possible to integrate a fully automatic test rig into an existing system for in-line testing.
It is important to us to provide you with a complete and user-friendly system. Therefore our test benches always come with a software programmed by us, which ensures an optimal evaluation of your measurements. Of course, we can adapt our test benches and software to your specific requirements.
Even after the initial setup by our staff, we remain your service partner and provide maintenance and preventive maintenance at home and abroad.
Dynamic force-path test stands with electromagnetic direct drive
Test benches for highly dynamic determination, recording and testing of characteristics and properties of, for example, shock absorbers, suspension struts or rubber bearings.
- Sinusoidal or free-form travel profile with up to 160 mm free travel
- Two superimposed frequencies possible
- Nominal drive forces of 9 kN, 12.5 kN and 25 kN at up to 2.5 m/s and 30 Hz
